WHAT UNIFORM ITEMS DO I NEED TO PURCHASE FOR MY SON FOR THE UPCOMING SCHOOL YEAR?

We have created a handy shopping checklist with additional details to guide you with your uniform purchases.

HOW DO I GET MY ITEMS/HOW DO I ARRANGE A PICK UP?

The Shark Shop offers in-store shopping days prior to the start of the school year, by-appointment. Please refer to your July Uniform email for all your uniform information and how to book an online appointment prior to the start of school.

Appointments are half an hour in length. Please feel free to book more than one appointment if you are outfitting more than one boy. We recommend, if convenient, new families book an in-person appointment to receive helpful uniform sizing and advice.

The on-campus Shark Shop is open throughout the school year for any additional uniform at drop-off in the morning from 8-9AM and during afternoon pick-up from 3-4PM from Monday through Thursday. Appointments are not necessary.

HOW DO I PAY FOR ITEMS?

All items purchased in the Shark Shop will be invoiced to your son’s school account. Invoices will be sent via email from the Shark Shop for your reference. These amounts will be included on your monthly school statement for payment.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

The Shark Shop will return or exchange any item that has not been worn, labelled or laundered.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE AT STERLING HALL?

Please refer to the Uniform Guidelines for uniform expectations each year.

All boys JK - Grade 8 will require one set of #1 dress, our formal uniform items for Friday Assembly, and special events.

Boys in Grade 6 - 8 will change for Physical Education and athletic activities and should have clean gym clothes available throughout the week.

CAN MY SON TRY ON AN ITEM BEFORE PURCHASING?

The Shark Shop offers in-store shopping days prior to the start of the school year by appointment only. During the school year, is open daily for walk-ins. Please contact Jennifer Marks at the Shark Shop for more information.

ARE THERE USED ITEMS FOR SALE?

The Shark Shop keeps used SHS blazers available for sale throughout the year. All other used items will be included in the Parents Association Used Uniform Sale(s). Please look for emails throughout the year that outline dates and times of Sale(s).

ARE TAXES INCLUDED IN THE PRICES?

Taxes are not included in the list prices. They will be added to your official invoice that you will receive from Jennifer Marks of the Shark Shop.
